Pathways is a year-long program that supports organizations as they action equity and access in their work; whether that is exploring complex questions, implementing new guidelines or policies, or deepening community relationships.
Pathways is a place to work out what implementing equity looks like in your specific and unique situation.
The Pathways program consists of three key elements.
- One-on-one Support: Each organization is matched with a program Guide. A Guide is someone who provides support and accountability for the year. Two designated/consenting/engaged individuals from your organization will meet with them monthly.
- Peer Learning and Connection: Cohort spaces and affinity groups give you a place to connect with peers from across the province. These are spaces to build relationships and thoughtfully discuss emerging equity topics in our sector.
- Access to Context-Specific Resources: Many organizations are already investing in equity and access professional development. This program helps identify resources relevant to your organization and can help cover costs to access workshops, conferences, books, and more.
Within these three key areas, participants’ experience is tailored to support their unique contexts and needs.
