Canada Council funding opportunities now available through the updated portal!

(Sept 17): Canada Council announces that some funding programs are now available to be accessed through its new updated portal

The Canada Council is pleased to share that a gradual reopening of the updated portal is now underway. To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for everyone, the Canada Council is taking a phased approach to the opening.

The portal is now accepting applications for select components, and deadlines have been updated to reflect this staggered approach.

The following programs are now accepting applications:

• Creating, Knowing and Sharing:
  • Travel
  • Small-Scale Activities
  • Short-Term Projects
• Arts Across Canada and Abroad:
  • International Translation
  • Foreign Artist Tours
  • Circulation and Touring
  • Public Outreach
  • International Residencies
  • International Co-Productions

Applications for these funding opportunities can be submitted through the Canada Council’s updated funding portal. Additional funding opportunities will be available later in September.
